Trends I don't get: Women shaving their face

Don't get me wrong. I understand and strongly value hair removal. I think it's nice to not have hair all the time in the places that feel less feminine for it. I don't like it.
Hair removal is typically ongoing for a girl. Unless you got the $$$ to control and defy the laws of nature it just keeps coming up again. Sometimes I wonder what it must be like being a guy and being able to get away with at least a teeny bit of regrowth and have it not matter. Some guys even go long and wear it with style (maybe no girl should do that).
So anyways........How did I get here....? I had the knowledge of the world in my hands, I was doing what I normally do at times which is websearch things that pop in to my head. Some people play games or Facebook on their phone or text others constantly. I just think of things and want answers. Something crosses my mind and I think 'I wonder if.....' next thing you know I realise that it's still true- almost everything has been done before.
As much as I wish there was a fantastic and smart magical solution to facial hair I don't think shaving your face is it ladies, but by all means go ahead and do as you please. As much as it is possible to rid that hair in a very short amount of time there is possibly more negatives than positives and I think other means should still be considered necessary.
Being 100% hair free every day after a simple shave with a rozor would be awesome but at what cost? What really puts me off this idea is the very knowledge that stubble on a womans face just isn't in demand and probably never will be. If you are considering to use this removal technique over other methods it may be because facial hair on a woman can cause us to be distressed. It's true. No one wants to be remembered that way.
If you havent already picked up the razor and are still wondering if it's for you consider the following:
Maybe you may need to keep a razor with you, everywhere you go. Maybe it's like make up. I said maybe. The thing is you wont know until youve been doing it for a while. Eh maybe that doesnt bother you.
you can't miss a shave EVER, because it's your face. As much as the myth is busted that shaving in fact does not cause your hair to grow back thicker or coarser it is still a fact that it grows back with at least a thicker appearance-ENJOY.
you can feel stubble.... and so can everyone else. I havent worked out what the point is trying to look and feel sexy if a guy gets gravel rash just from kissing you. Maybe this isnt a problem. I think the psychology behind it would be enough for me. I would drive myself mad just thinking about it.
if you reckon you can 'just get used to it' -the shaving, the stubble and whatever else just remember that statement applies to everything like waxing, smoking or liquorice. I never got the hang of liquorice. Bleh. I gave up after a while. Maybe we can't get used to just anything. If your excuse is avoiding waxing due to skin irritation maybe even remove the hairs one by one. Get used to it right?
Do ladies really do this? Apparently in Japan it is called Kao Sori and the trend is taking the globe by storm.
Wow look at this video. They are shaving her cheeks too... She says 'It feels like bad things are going out of me.'
They reckon it's like dermaplaning.
What about the fact that all the celebrities are doing it eh?
Celebrity women who have been known to shave their face (because people like celebrities and maybe you wanna know)
Elizabeth Taylor
Marilyn Monroe.....
Oh I thought I would find more names to put on the list but I guess it's not exactly something there are facts on yet. If there are any more names to add. Maybe I can't find anymore names in my websearch because people with money could pay for better hair removal treatments and probably wouldn't be shaving their face in the first place?
Just saying.
So that's my bias blog post... because that's the whole point. Or was it?
Media normalises the shaving of a womans face with the suggestion that the celebrities are doing it.
I wonder if celebrity women really shave their face.
I wonder if this is what guys really want in a girl. The shaving their face part I mean.
I wonder if you finished reading this post.
I wonder if you think I've gone mad.
I don't want facial hair or nose hairs that grow really fast. No no no no no. Don't misunderstand me.
People are too complex.
I think I'll go back to my cave lair. I'll come out next century and see how things have changed.
OH that's right.... I wont live forever.
Stuff it. When I'm done I am NOT coming back.
